FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who is Czech-speaking to join our international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through demos and subscriptions, with uncapped commissions and a hybrid work setup after onboarding.

The role requires 1–6 years of commercial sales experience, residing in Spain, and fluency in Czech and English. You’ll handle high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, and drive quarterly targets

Formación

• Czech speaker with reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Experience in Account Executive, outbound sales or related roles

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make high-volume outbound calls and qualify prospects
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team
