FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive who speaks Czech to join our growing sales team. This full-time role handles the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on outbound activity and high-volume calls.

You will work in a hybrid model after onboarding, with a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and performance-based accelerators. The ideal candidate is a Czech speaker residing in Spain, fluent in English, and with 1–6

Formación

• Native or bilingual English required.
• Czech speaker required.
• Resident in Spain is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in account executive, outbound sales, or related roles.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Strong sales and closing mindset.
• Target- and KPI-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free-trial periods and convert trials to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion, and MRR.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team.
