FH Collective - Academy seeks an Account Executive in Madrid. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, run high-volume outbound calls, and present product demos while chasing monthly and quarterly targets. Requires Czech language skills and native/bilingual English, resident in Spain.

Onboarding is on-site for four weeks, then hybrid. Base €30,000 gross/year with uncapped commissions and clear progression.

Formación

• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling, call centre sales, lead generation or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period.
• Convert free trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track key KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
