FH Collective - Academy in Madrid seeks a Czech-speaking Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for the Czech market, from outreach to subscription. The role is hybrid, with initial on-site onboarding and later occasional on-site presence in Madrid.

Native-level Czech and English are required, along with 1–6 years of outbound commercial experience. Base salary is €30,000 with uncapped commissions and a structured bonus plan, reflecting strong earning potential.

• Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Czech and English.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, or outbound prospecting).
• Ability to work in Spain without relocation support.
• Comfort with cold-calling and KPI-driven targets.
• Willingness to align with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to subscription closure.
• Hand over accounts to Customer Experience post-subscription.
• Use system-assigned leads effectively to drive opportunities.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs for calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
