FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This full-cycle role covers the customer journey from first contact to closing new subscriptions, including product demos, trials, and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Czech language skills, native/bilingual English, and 1–6 years in sales. The role offers a €30,000 gross base plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

Formación

• Fluent Czech and native/bilingual English required.
• Must currently reside in Spain (Madrid preferred).
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience with outbound activity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Run client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials to paid subscriptions.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
• Handover to Customer Experience team.
