Hiring International Academy in Madrid, Spain, seeks a German-speaking Accounts Executive to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. You will conduct client meetings, manage trials, and hand over accounts after subscription, handling a high-volume call process.

Requires native-level German and English, Spain residency, and ability to work aligned with US time zones. Comprehensive on-site training and a permanent contract are provided.

Formación

• Must be native or bilingual in German and English.
• Based in Spain with full work authorization.
• Experience in outbound sales or related roles is required.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and KPI tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close.
• Lead client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle 80–100 daily calls with auto-assigned leads.
• Hit KPIs for calls, demos, trials-to-paid, and MRR.
