Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, engaging with a high volume of potential customers and delivering product demonstrations.

Based in Madrid, you will participate in comprehensive training, enjoy a hybrid work model after ramping up, and benefit from a generous leave and perks package designed to support growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German language skills.
• Fluent English communication abilities.
• Must reside in Spain at the time of hire.
• 1–6 years in BDR/ SDR or outbound sales roles.
• Comfort with high-volume calling and metrics.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects.
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue.
• Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
