CBTalents in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, focusing on the German market.

The role requires native German and English, Spain residency, and 1–6 years in outbound sales or related roles. Onboarding is onsite for four weeks, then a hybrid model with regular US-hour availability.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German and English proficiency.
• Based in Spain with 1–6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and KPI targets.
• Experience in BDR/SDR, call center, or outbound sales.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
• Contact and engage a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Manage free trials and follow up with prospects.
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day.
• Work toward KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue.
• Handover closed accounts to the Customer Experience team.
