AVEC Human Resources Services in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast‑paced international sales team. The role focuses on the German market, requires strong commercial experience, and high activity with 80–100 calls per day.

This is a remote-based position with an initial on‑site training period and a ramp‑up plan aligned with quarterly targets. The ideal candidate is native/bilingual in German and English, already residing in Spain, and comfortable with KPIs,

Formación

• Native or bilingual German
• Native or bilingual English
• Mandatory residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting)
• Strong cold‑calling skills (80–100 calls/day)
• KPI‑driven mindset
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription
• Conduct demos and client meetings
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience
• Work with auto‑assigned leads
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day)
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR
• Follow ramp‑up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
