Cross Border Talents is hiring a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, run product demos, and guide clients through trials, with collaboration from Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.

Ideal candidates have 1–6 years in sales, strong KPI discipline, and are comfortable with outbound prospecting. The role offers a hybrid setup in Madrid with performance-based commissions and ongoing training.

Formación

• German: C1/C2 level required.
• 1–6 years of sales or commercial experience.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calls.
• Strong KPI-driven mindset with excellent communication.
• Availability aligned with the US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct product demos and client meetings.
• Guide customers through the free trial process.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handovers.
• Manage a high volume of outbound activities.
• Hit individual sales targets and KPIs.
