Cbtalents seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid. You will drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and engage with a high volume of potential customers.

Responsibilities include client meetings, product demonstrations, managing trials, and achieving KPI-driven targets. The role starts with on-site onboarding in Madrid, transitioning to a hybrid model as targets are met.

Formación

• German native or bilingual required.
• English native or bilingual required.
• Residency in Spain.
• 1–6 years in BDR/ SDR/ outbound sales or similar roles.
• Strong confidence with cold calling.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close.
• Engage a high volume of potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
