Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for the German market. This hybrid role combines on-site training in Madrid with remote collaboration after ramp-up, targeting subscriptions for a leading e-commerce tech company.

Requirements include native German and bilingual English, 1–6 years in BDR/SDR or outbound roles, and residency in Spain. Expect 9:00–18:00 workdays with flexible onboarding aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• German proficiency at native level is required.
• English proficiency at bilingual level is required.
• Experience with outbound prospecting or BDR/SDR roles is preferred.
• Comfortable with KPI/metrics and high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handle handover to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Manage 80–100 calls per day with leads auto-assigned by the system.
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and MRR.
