Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close, conducting meetings and guiding prospects through trials to paid subscriptions.

The role is hybrid with on-site onboarding in Madrid and monthly in-person visits thereafter. Base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in German.
• Native or bilingual in English.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial experience.
• Must reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approx. 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trials-to-paid conversions and MRR.
