Career Nest Academy in Madrid seeks an Account Executive to drive growth in the German market. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions, working in a hybrid setup with initial on-site onboarding and monthly on-site visits.

Strong German and English proficiency, plus 1–6 years of commercial experience, are essential. Compensation includes a base salary of €30,000 a year plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a 22-day annual leave package.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
• Residence in Spain.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / outbound).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
