The Career Nest is seeking an Account Executive to drive the German market from Madrid. This hybrid role covers the full sales cycle, from first contact to subscription, with onboarding on-site initially.

You will need strong German and English skills, 1–6 years in BDR/ SDR or outbound roles, and availability for US time zones. The base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year with uncapped commissions and a robust training program.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in German.
• Native or bilingual in English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR / outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day.
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
