Career Nest Academy in Madrid seeks an Account Executive to drive growth in the German market. The role covers the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions for a leading e-commerce search technology company, with a focus on achieving KPIs and MRR targets.

The position offers a base of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a hybrid work arrangement after ramping up, with on-site onboarding in Madrid and occasional travel covered by

Formación

• Native or bilingual German required.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ outbound prospecting).
• Must reside in Spain and be available aligned with US time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Hit KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
