Career Nest Academy in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive the German market, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to closing subscriptions.

The role is hybrid in Madrid, with onboarding on-site and periodic on-site visits thereafter. Base salary is 30,000 EUR gross per year plus uncapped commissions, with ramp targets and a 50% hybrid model after 70% of sales target is reached.

Formación

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German required.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English required.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR/ SDR/ outbound prospecting).
• Must already reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI/metrics orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
