The Career Nest in Madrid is seeking an Account Executive to drive the German market. This hybrid role covers the full sales cycle for a leading e-commerce search tech company, including onboarding and performance-based compensation.

The position emphasizes native German and English, 1–6 years of relevant experience, and availability aligned with US time zones. On-site training is provided, with periodic travel and a mix of remote work.

Formación

• Native or bilingual in German.
• Native or bilingual in English.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound).
• Must reside in Spain.
• Strong comfort with cold-calling and KPI orientation.
• Availability aligned with US time zone.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
• Handover accounts to Customer Experience after subscription.
• Handle a high volume of calls (80–100 per day).
• Achieve KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
