Job summary

AVEC in Madrid seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-paced international sales team. This remote role covers the German market and requires strong commercial experience, excellent communication, and comfort with KPIs and cold-calling.

Candidates must already reside in Spain. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct client meetings, manage trials, and collaborate with Customer Experience after subscription.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German
• Native English
• Residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience
• Strong cold‑calling skills (80–100 calls/day)
• KPI‑driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to subscription
• Conduct demos and client meetings
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience
• Work with auto‑assigned leads
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day)
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR
