AVEC Human Resources Services in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-paced international sales team. This remote role focuses on the German market and requires a proven track record of closing deals, managing the full sales cycle, and handling high-volume outreach.

You will conduct client meetings, manage free trials, work with auto-assigned leads, and collaborate with Customer Experience after subscription.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German; English proficiency
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center)
• Strong cold-calling skills and high call volumes (80–100/day)

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to subscription
• Conduct demos and client meetings
• Manage free trials and handover to Customer Experience
• Work with auto-assigned leads and meet KPIs (calls, demos, trial-to-paid, MRR)
• Follow ramp-up targets (M0–M4)
