AVEC Human Resources Services is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-paced international sales team. Based in Spain with remote work options, you will own the full sales cycle for the German market and drive high-volume outreach while meeting KPI targets.

The role requires 1–6 years of commercial experience, native-level German and English, and mandatory residence in Spain. Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and structured ramp‑up are offered.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German
• Native or bilingual English
• Mandatory residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting)
• Strong cold‑calling skills (80–100 calls/day)
• KPI‑driven mindset
• Availability aligned with US time zones

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription
• Conduct demos and client meetings
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience
• Work with auto‑assigned leads
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day)
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions and MRR
• Follow ramp‑up targets: M0, M1, M2, M3, M4
