AVEC Human Resources Services seeks a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive full sales cycles from outreach to subscription. You will conduct client meetings, manage free trials, and work with Customer Experience after signup. The role demands resilience, high-volume calling (80–100/day), and strong KPI performance.

Hybrid model available after achieving targets; relocation not provided. Must reside in Spain and speak German and English fluently.

Formación

• Native or bilingual German.
• Native or bilingual English.
• Mandatory residence in Spain.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
• Strong cold-calling skills (80–100 calls/day).
• KPI-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription.
• Conduct demos and client meetings.
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience.
• Work with auto-assigned leads.
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day).
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR.
