AVEC Human Resources Services in Madrid seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to join a fast-paced international sales team. This hybrid role focuses on the German market and requires strong commercial experience and comfort with KPIs, cold-calling, and US-aligned time zones.

Candidates must already reside in Spain. The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to subscription closure, conduct client meetings, manage free trials, and collaborate with Customer

Formación

• Native or bilingual German
• Mandatory residence in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting)
• KPI‑driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription
• Conduct demos and client meetings
• Manage free trial processes and handover to Customer Experience
• Work with auto‑assigned leads
• Achieve daily call targets (80–100 calls/day)
• Meet KPIs related to calls, demos, trial‑to‑paid conversions, and MRR
• Follow ramp‑up targets: M0 0%, M1 0%, M2 30%, M3 60%, M4 100%
