Lighthouse is seeking a results-driven salesperson to own the full sales cycle with new and expanding hospitality customers in the Barcelona region. You will prospect, qualify, and close multi-stakeholder deals using a modern AI-assisted revenue stack, while collaborating with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to maximize win rate.

You’ll build a strategic pipeline, forecast honestly, and manage a territory with a strong emphasis on value-based selling.

Formación

• 2–5 years in closing sales roles, SaaS experience required.
• Must be a hunter with cold-prospecting discipline and a track record of multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus, strong deal discipline.
• Comfort with AI-enabled sales tools and modern revenue stacks is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from first cold touch to close and hit quota.
• Open net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers to full-platform deals.
• Leverage AI-based enablement for discovery, research, sequencing, and early-stage qualification.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure successful handovers and growth.
