Job summary

Lighthouse, a leading hospitality AI platform, is hiring in Barcelona with remote flexibility. You will own the complete sales cycle from cold outreach to closure, building a robust pipeline and expanding customers to full-platform implementations.

You will operate in a global team, leveraging AI-enabled enablement and coaching to win multi-stakeholder deals. English fluency and German language skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in closing SaaS sales.
• Hunters who own the pipeline and revenue.
• Fluent in English with working German language.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Generate and manage a net-new pipeline; target accounts fitting ICP.
• Expand low-adoption customers into full-platform deployments.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents in an AI-enabled stack.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and drive disciplined deals.
• Build relationships at distance with executives across organizations.
