Qualifikationen

• Native or bilingual German language proficiency.
• Native or bilingual English language proficiency.
• 1–6 years of commercial experience (BDR/SDR/call center/outbound).
• Residence in Spain (no relocation support).
• Comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-driven mindset.
• Availability aligned with US time zones.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Hand over accounts to the Customer Experience team after subscription.
• Handle high-volume outbound outreach (80–100 calls/day) with auto-assigned leads.
• Hit KPI targets for calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and monthly recurring revenue.
