FH Collective - Academy in Valencia, Spain is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Agents with Spanish at B2 level to join our on-site team. The role is aimed at delivering professional support and a high-quality service experience.

The position starts as a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. The schedule is shift-based, including afternoons, with an on-site training program.

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Agents with B2-level Spanish to join a dynamic customer support team in Valencia, Spain.

Job Details

• Work Model: On-site

• Contract: Temporary for the first 3 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent afterwards
• Salary: €21,000 gross/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus
• Schedule: Shift-based
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00–00:00
• Shift Rotation: Candidates should be comfortable with an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support to customers while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Handling customer requests and inquiries in a professional manner
• Communicating with customers in German
• Using Spanish at B2 level as required for the role
• Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Ensuring clear, accurate and professional communication throughout each interaction

Training

Full training will be provided before starting the role.

Training availability is required according to the following schedule:

• First 3 weeks: 09:00–15:00
• Following period: 09:00–16:00
• Final week: 09:00–17:00

Candidates should be fully available throughout the training period.

Contract & Career Opportunity

The position initially starts with a 3-month temporary contract, with the intention of converting it into a permanent contract afterwards.

The role requires flexibility, as there will be an equal balance between morning and afternoon shifts.

Compensation

• €21,000 gross annual base salary
• €1,200 annual SRV bonus
• Total potential annual compensation: up to €22,200 gross, depending on eligibility for the bonus
