Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in German and Spanish to deliver exceptional support from Madrid. This on-site role includes a comprehensive onboarding program and a path to permanent employment after a 3-month temporary period.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, logging details in internal systems and working with the team to hit service targets. Training scales in the first month to ensure you excel in the role.

Job Title: Customer Service Agent (German & Spanish Speaking)

Salary: €22,800 gross base salary/year + €1,200 annual SRV bonus

Contract Type: 3-Month Temporary (with high intention to convert to Permanent)

What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, or chat in both German and Spanish.
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Navigate internal systems to log interactions and look up customer information.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily service targets.

Schedule & Shifts

• Regular Schedule: Rotational 8-hour blocks primarily focused on morning shifts (e.g., 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). The role involves working shifts with an equal balance between morning and afternoon schedules.
• Training Period: Mandatory attendance is required for the onboarding training program. Training hours scale over the first month as follows:
  • Weeks 1-3: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Week 4: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Week 5: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in German.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency or native-level proficiency in Spanish.
• Availability: Ability to work full-time on-site in Madrid and commit to the initial 5-week training schedule.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €22,800 gross per year.
• Bonus: €1,200 annual SRV bonus.
