CB Talents is seeking a Customer Success Agent fluent in German and Spanish (B2) to join our premier team in Madrid or Valencia. This on-site role offers shift options to fit your lifestyle and the chance to help customers succeed.

You will support German-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. Madrid nights are available as part of the Madrid shift, and both cities offer vibrant living and career growth.

  • Morning Shift: 07:00 – 16:00
  • Afternoon Shift: 14:00 – 24:00
  • Night Shift (Madrid Only): 22:00 – 07:00
