FH Collective - Academy in Valencia, Spain is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Agents with Spanish at B2 level to join our on-site team. The role is aimed at delivering professional support and a high-quality service experience.

The position starts as a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. The schedule is shift-based, including afternoons, with an on-site training program.

Formación

• Fluent German required with B2 level Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Valencia.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and efficient support to customers.
• Handle customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers in German.
• Use Spanish at B2 level as required for the role.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure clear, accurate and professional communication throughout interactions.
• Follow established customer service procedures and guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and high service quality.
• Work effectively within a team and adapt to shift schedules.
