Cb Talents is seeking a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Madrid team. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent support to customers in German and Spanish, via phone, email, or chat, in the morning shift window.

You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, log interactions in the CRM, and collaborate with teammates to reach service targets. EU work authorization is required.

Formación

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred.
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain).
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
