Savior Artigos Texteis Lda in Valencia, Spain is seeking German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

This role requires fluency in both German and Spanish (C1+), strong communication skills, and experience in customer service or similar client-facing roles. The position is on-site in Valencia, with opportunities for growth and training.

Formación

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia.
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain).
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
