Cb Talents in Valencia is seeking German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our growing team on-site. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support and resolving queries with care.

You will handle inquiries in both languages, maintain CRM records, and work toward targets while staying up to date on product knowledge. EU work authorization is required.

Formación

• German language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Spanish language proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Previous customer service, call center, or similar client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• On-site work in Valencia; EU work authorization or permit to work in Spain required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction)
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain)
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools)
