Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent for an on-site position in Valencia, Spain. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities include handling multilingual interactions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining CRM records, and meeting performance targets. The role requires on-site presence and EU work authorization or valid permit to work in Spain.

Formación

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.

• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in German and Spanish via phone, email, and/or chat
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction)
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) — C1 level or above
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
• EU work authorization required (or valid permit to work in Spain)
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, or similar tools)
