CB Talents SP is seeking German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents for an on-site role in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact, providing professional support and resolving queries in both German and Spanish.

Responsibilities include handling multi-channel interactions, staying updated on product knowledge, and meeting performance targets within a supportive team. Morning shifts in a lively city location offer growth and training opportunities.

Formación

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) at C1 level or above.
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) at C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on-site in Madrid.
• Available to work morning shifts (7h–16h window).
• EU work authorization or valid permit to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
• Stay up to date on product/service knowledge to provide informed support.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

We are looking for German and Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agents to join a growing team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and resolving queries with professionalism and care.
