Cross Border Talents is looking for German- and English-speaking Account Executives to drive the full sales cycle across the DACH and English-speaking markets. You will conduct product demonstrations, manage inbound and outbound activities, and convert trials into paying customers with support from the Customer Experience team.

After a four-week on-site training in Madrid, you will work remotely with occasional on-site days (1 per month) and travel coverage.

Formación

• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience in inbound/outbound sales is a plus.
• Able to manage high call volumes daily (80–100 calls).
• Comfort with remote work after initial training.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paid customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience after closing.
