Cross Border Talents in Madrid seeks German and English-speaking Account Executives to manage the full sales cycle across DACH and English-speaking markets. The role starts with on-site training in Madrid, then remote work with only 1 day on-site per month, and travel covered by the company.

You will earn a 30,000€ gross/year base plus uncapped commissions and multipliers, with a clear progression path to AE2 and AE3.

Formación

• Fluent German and good English required.
• Experience in outbound/inbound sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and demo skills are essential.

Location: Madrid, Spain

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Work Model: Remote after training | 1 day on-site per month

An exciting opportunity is available for German and English-speaking Account Executives to join an international sales team and manage the full sales cycle across the German (DACH) and English-speaking markets.

The Role

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing

Work Model

• First 4 weeks: Fully on-site training in Madrid
• After training: Remote work
• Only 1 day on-site per month
• All travel expenses covered by the company
• Remote flexibility available once at least 70% of the sales target is achieved

Salary & Commission

• €30,000 gross/year base salary
• €600 monthly commission target
• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance multipliers of up to 3x
• Quarterly super bonus
• Clear career progression to AE2 (€35K) and AE3 (€40K)

Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 09:00–18:00
• Friday: 09:00–15:00
• Friday afternoons off
