Cross Border Talents in Madrid is seeking a German and English-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team and manage the full sales cycle across the German (DACH) and English-speaking markets. You will handle inbound and high-volume outbound calls, conduct product demonstrations, and guide prospects from trials to paid customers.

The role begins with four weeks of on-site training in Madrid, then allows remote work with one on-site day per month and travel expenses covered.

Formación

• Fluent in German and English with proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.
