Cross Border Talents is seeking German and English-speaking Account Executives to drive the full sales cycle across DACH and English-speaking markets from Madrid. After an initial on-site training period, roles transition to remote work with only 1 day on-site per month.

Base salary is €30,000 gross per year, plus a €600 monthly commission target and an uncapped commission structure with multipliers up to 3x and quarterly bonuses. Career progression is clear toward AE2 (€35K) and AE3 (€40K).

Formación

• Fluent German and English required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.
