Job summary

EG Hire Global is seeking German and English-speaking Account Executives in Madrid to own the full sales cycle across the DACH and English-speaking markets. The role starts with four weeks of on-site training in Madrid, then remote work with only 1 day on-site per month.

You will manage high-volume calls, run product demos, guide trials to paid sign-ups, and collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.

Qualifications

• German Account: Fluent German + good English
• English Account: Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing
