Cross Border Talents in Madrid, Spain is seeking German and English-speaking Account Executives to join an international sales team and manage the full sales cycle across the DACH and English-speaking markets. The role offers a €30,000 gross yearly base with uncapped commissions and performance multipliers.

The work model starts with four weeks on-site training in Madrid, then remote work with only one on-site day per month; travel costs are covered, and a remote option becomes available once

Qualifications

• German accounts require fluent German and good English.
• English accounts require fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Handle approximately 80–100 auto-assigned calls per day.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert them into paid customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team after closing.
