Cross Border Talents seeks German and English-speaking Account Executives to own the full sales cycle across DACH and English-speaking markets. Start with intensive on-site training in Madrid, then remote work with just one on-site day per month.

You will manage 80-100 auto-assigned calls daily, run product demonstrations, drive trials to paid conversions, and coordinate with Customer Experience post-close. Path to AE2/AE3 roles is defined.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English.
• Experience handling high-volume sales calls.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and guide trials to paid conversions.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and high-volume outbound sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paid customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience after closing.
