Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is seeking a German-speaking Technical Sales Representative to join our client in Barcelona. You will build relationships with businesses across EMEA, qualify opportunities, and guide customers to cloud and security solutions.

You will combine business development with solution-based selling, manage a growing pipeline, and collaborate with the wider sales team to hit targets in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualificações

• German native or proficient (C2) with advanced English (C1).
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales or business development in IT.
• University degree; a technical degree is an advantage.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong pipeline management and target-driven mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify new business and upsell opportunities.
• Outreach prospecting via phone and email to connect with potential business customers.
• Engage with senior decision-makers, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities.
• Gather technical requirements and link customer needs to cloud and security solutions.
• Educate customers on available solutions and communicate business value.
• Qualify opportunities and guide prospects to the next sales stage.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and hit team targets.
• Keep CRM data up-to-date and monitor key performance metrics.
