Cross Border Talents is seeking a results-driven German-speaking B2B sales professional to join our Digital Sales team in Barcelona. You will drive growth across the EMEA by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals on Cloud solutions while maximizing upsell opportunities.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams, and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud services.
• Fluent German with good English.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting and new customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and emails.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and articulate business value.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline.
