Responsibilities include outreach via calls and emails, qualifying leads, guiding onboarding, and meeting daily sales targets while collaborating across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• German at C2 and English at C1, both written and spoken.
• At least two years of experience in sales or another customer-facing role.
• Experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Sheets or MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential advertisers through outbound calls and emails.
• Qualify inbound leads and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Understand business needs and recommend digital advertising solutions.
• Guide businesses through onboarding and verification processes.
• Support clients in submitting documentation per regional requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Meet daily customer interaction goals and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to expand the advertiser base across EMEA.
