FH Collective Academy in Madrid is hiring a results-driven Account Executive (French speaker) to join the sales team. This full-time, permanent role requires managing the entire customer journey from first contact to closing subscriptions, with a hybrid work model after onboarding.

The position offers a €30,000 gross/year base and an uncapped monthly commission structure with strong earning potential. You must be resident in Spain and fluent in French and English.

Formación

• Fluent in French and English; native/bilingual English required.
• Resident in Spain is mandatory.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in account executive, BDR/SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to subscription close.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials and convert to paying customers.
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
