Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales with French-speaking customers. You’ll manage the customer journey from initial contact through product demonstrations, trials and closing subscriptions, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This permanent, full-time role starts with four weeks on-site in Madrid, then hybrid work. Expect about 80–100 outbound calls daily, a base €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions, and

Qualifications

• French speaker mandatory
• Native or bilingual English
• Based in Spain (Madrid) and eligible to work there
• 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling and closing mindset
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
• Guide prospects through free-trial periods and convert to paid subscriptions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Experience team
