FH Collective Academy in Madrid is seeking a results-driven Account Executive who speaks French and English to join our growing sales team. This full-cycle role covers the customer journey from initial contact through product demonstrations, free-trial management and closing subscriptions, with leads automatically assigned to focus on prospecting and selling.

Formación

• French speaker with native or bilingual English.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through the free-trial period and convert to paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs: calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion, MRR.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Coordinate handover to Customer Experience team.
