Job summary

FH Collective - Academy is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join its Madrid sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing subscriptions, including product demos and guiding free trials to paid plans.

The role is hybrid after onboarding and requires a French speaker with native or bilingual English, and residence in Spain. You will handle 80-100 outbound calls daily, chase ambitious targets, and leverage uncapped commissions, with clear progression

Qualifications

• French speaker required.
• Native or bilingual English required.
• Already residing in Spain - mandatory.
• 1-6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Background in Account Executive, BDR, SDR, outbound sales, call centre sales, lead generation or business development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects throughout their free-trial period.
• Convert free trials into paying customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversion and MRR.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
