Job summary

FH Collective - Academy in Madrid is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales in a hybrid role. French language skills and native/bilingual English are essential, with 1–6 years of experience and a track record in closing subscriptions.

You will manage the customer journey from initial contact to close, conduct product demos, nurture trials, and maintain CRM and pipeline metrics to hit monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• French speaker with native or bilingual English required.
• Based in Spain (Madrid) and eligible to work there.
• 1–6 years of solid commercial/sales experience.
• Experience with cold calling and closing subscriptions.
• Proven ability to manage CRM and track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
• Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day.
• Qualify prospects and identify their business needs.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Guide prospects through free trials to paid subscriptions.
• Track KPIs and maintain CRM and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Experience team.
• Leads are auto-assigned to focus on prospecting, selling and closing.
